Alan D. Zuckerbrod is a graduate of Cornell University (A.B., 1980) and Boston University School of Law (J.D., 1983). A former Assistant District Attorney in Queens County, Alan specializes in general commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in federal and state courts. He has extensive experience representing real estate developers, tenants, lenders and hedge funds in a broad range of litigation matters, and played a large role in guiding national and international financial institutions through the New York real estate recession and rebound during the late 1980's and the 1990's.

Alan has represented many clients that have been involved in contested corporate and partnership disputes, covering a wide range of industries. Alan also serves on the court-appointed panel of neutral mediators that has been established by the Commercial Division of the New York State Supreme Court, New York County.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander LLP, Alan was a founding member of Pollack & Zuckerbrod LLP, which developed a strong reputation in real estate and litigation and, prior to that, was associated with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP.
