Jack began his career at the New York law firm of Sage Gray Todd & Sims, and then worked with Stephen Siller at Feit & Ahrens. He is the author of Statutory Residency and a Common-Sense Approach to Presence in New York, The Journal of Multistate Taxation, July/August 1995, and co-author of Are Takeover Costs Deductible After National Starch?, The Journal of Taxation, December 1989. Jack concentrates his practice in domestic and international corporate tax, ERISA, and trust and estate matters.
