Jack Wilk is a graduate of the State University of New York at Albany (B.S., magna cum laude, 1979) and St. John's University School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 1983), where he was a member of the Law Review.
Jack began his career at the New York law firm of Sage Gray Todd & Sims, he then moved to the firm of Felt & Ahrens before co-founding Wilk Auslander in 1987. He is the author of Statutory Residency and a Common-Sense Approach to Presence in New York, The Journal of Multistate Taxation, July/August 1995, and co-author of Are Takeover Costs Deductible After National Starch?, The Journal of Taxation, December 1989. Jack concentrates his practice in domestic and international corporate tax, ERISA, and trust and estate matters.
