Eric Snyder is a graduate of Binghamton University (B.A., Harpur College, 1983) and the State University of New York at Buffalo School of Law, (J.D., 1987), where he was a Senior Editor of the Law Review and a Member of the Moot Court Board.

After graduating from law school, Eric began his career at Burns, Summit, Rovins & Feldesman. He later became associated with Pryor, Cashman, Sherman & Flynn, and Torys LLP (f/k/a Haythe & Curley), before joining Pryor & Mandelup LLP where he became a member in 1995. Eric joined Wilk Auslander LLP in 2003 and became a partner on January 1, 2006.

Since 1987, Eric's practice has been devoted to creditors' rights and bankruptcy reorganizations. Eric has represented lending institutions, landlords, individual creditors and corporations in both workouts and bankruptcies. He has appeared frequently in all of the courts in New York, New Jersey and Delaware, as well as in other jurisdictions throughout the U.S. Eric was one of the founding members of the Long Island Chapter of the Turnaround Management Association and has been a frequent lecturer at the Nassau County Bar Association.
