Hamid R. Soltani, an associate in the Wilk Auslander LLP New York office, is a member of the firm’s commercial real estate practice group. Hamid’s practice primarily centers on commercial real estate, including financing, leasing, acquisitions, dispositions, air rights, and development work.
Prior to joining Wilk Auslander LLP, Hamid was an associate at Cohen & Perfetto, LLP, a boutique law firm specializing in mid-size commercial real estate projects for developers, investors and non-profit organizations.
Hamid is a graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School (J.D., 2003) where he was actively involved in Moot Court and the law school’s legal clinics, and was a Dean’s List recipient. He also holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Finance from the Peter J. Tobin College of Business at St. John’s University (2001).
Hamid is admitted to practice law in the State of New York and is an active member of the New York County Lawyer’s Association. His language skills include fluency in Farsi/Persian and conversational Turkish.
