Stephen Siller is a graduate of Brooklyn College (B.A. 1970), Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1973, cum laude), where he was Managing Editor of the Law Review, and New York University School of Law (1978), from which he received a Master of Laws degree.

Steve began his career in 1973 at the New York law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and later was a partner at the New York law firm of Feit & Ahrens. Steve was one of the founders of Siller Wilk LLP. He practices international and domestic commercial and corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions. Steve is a member of the IBA and ABA (Negotiated Acquisitions Committee and Committee on Partnerships and Unincorporated Business Organizations) and has been a member of the Committee on the United States in the Global Economy and the Transportation Committee of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York. Steve served on the American Bar Association Negotiated Acquisition Committee's Task Force responsible for drafting the ABA's model form of Asset Purchase Agreement and Commentary. Steve has lectured extensively on business law matters, including lectures in classes at New York University Stern School of Business MBA program, Polytechnic Institute's MBA program and at Siller Wilk LLP seminars on subjects such as Pitfalls - What You Need to Know When Buying or Selling a Business, and on the shakeout in e-commerce. With Stuart Riback, Steve co-authored an article on e-business, Is the "New Paradigm" Really So New?, which was published in the November 6, 2000 New York Law Journal.
