Natalie Shkolnik is a graduate of New York University, Stern School of Business (B.S., International Business and Finance, 1996) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1999). She is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Natalie is a member of the New York State Bar Association and New York County Lawyers' Association. Natalie joined Wilk Auslander LLP in December 2002. She is fluent in Russian.

Natalie currently represents public and private companies, hedge funds, private equity funds, and high-profile individuals in corporate, commercial, and securities litigation matters in the State and Federal trial and appellate courts, in arbitration forums (FINRA, AAA and London Court of International Arbitration), and before regulatory authorities (Securities Exchange Commission, FINRA, Congressional committees, and the New York Attorney General). Prior to joining Wilk Auslander LLP, Natalie was associated with Snow Becker Krauss P.C. where she specialized in securities litigation and arbitration in both state and federal courts, the NASD and the NYSE.
