Bill Scherer is a graduate of Trinity College (B.A. 1970) and New York University School of Law (J.D. 1974). Bill was elected to Phi Beta Kapa while in college and was an Articles Editor of the Law Review in law school. After graduating from New York University School of Law, Bill was a law clerk to the Honorable John J. Gibbons, United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. Thereafter, Bill was a litigation associate with Proskauer Rose LLP, and then joined Carb, Luria, Glassner, Cook & Kufeld LLP first as an associate and shortly thereafter he became a partner. After twenty-seven years with Carb, Luria, Bill joined Siller Wilk LLP. \

Bill has developed an active practice representing national and regional retailers, shopping center developers, and real estate investors. Bill divides his practice among specialized real estate litigation issues, real estate development and retail leasing, and acts as “de facto” outside general real estate counsel for many clients.
