Jeffrey Samuels is a graduate of Emory University (B.B.A., 1985) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D., 1988). Jeff began his career at Thelen, Reid & Priest, LLP and, prior to joining our firm, was a partner at Carb Luria Cook & Kufeld, LLP.

As a partner in our real estate department, Jeff’s focus is on commercial leasing. He represents landlords, tenants, brokers, agents and other parties on office, retail and ground leases, subleases, licenses, brokerage and management agreements and related matters. Jeff’s work in commercial leasing has included the representation of major New York City developers, landlords and managing agents with interests in both the New York metropolitan area and throughout the United States. He also represents tenants on office, retail and multi-use transactions of all sizes.
