Kimberly Reilly is a graduate of the College of William & Mary (B.A. 1990), the University of Richmond (M.A. 1997) and Fordham University School of Law (J.D. 2002), where she was a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law. Kim is admitted to practice before the state courts of New York and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander, Kim was an associate at the Law Offices of Dan Brecher, a New York boutique specializing in securities litigation and corporate law. Kim currently practices securities and commercial litigation and has experience before state and federal courts and FINRA. Kim has contributed to the New York Practice Guide, Business and Commercial, Chapter 9, "Securities Offerings," Matthew Bender, 2006 (co-author).
