Ronald S. Pordy practices in the areas of Commercial Real Estate and General Corporate Law. His clients include large publicly-held companies as well as medium and small-sized businesses and individuals. His practice includes the negotiation of long-term ground, store and office leases, the purchase and disposition of real property, the assignment and termination of leases, the sale and divestiture of various retail properties and the resolution of lender and title issues. Mr. Pordy also appears on behalf of his clients before local community, town and zoning boards in connection with special permit and land use issues and assists his clients with respect to compliance with the various laws and codes affecting the operation of their commercial properties, including local building, fire and health department issues. In addition, Mr. Pordy has extensive experience negotiating and drafting various types of business and licensing agreements. Mr. Pordy is a summa cum laude graduate of Hunter College and received his law degree, cum laude, from Brooklyn Law School.
