Kenneth Oltarsh is a graduate of The Ohio State University (cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa) and of The Harvard Law School. Ken is well known throughout the shopping center industry and spent many years negotiating and preparing leases with most of the major shopping center developers in the country on behalf of such nationally known retailers as Saks Fifth Avenue and Marshall Field's. Ken presently represents both landlords and tenants, including the owners of a major business park in the southeast and the owners of prime Manhattan real estate. Ken is also knowledgeable about coop and condo matters and has served on the board of directors of several prestigious New York cooperatives as well as a trustee of a condominium owners' association in the Berkshires.
