Eric B. LaMons is a graduate of the George Washington University School of Law (J.D. with High Honors, 2002, Order of the Coif), where he was Managing Editor of the George Washington Law Review. His undergraduate degree is from the University of Denver (B.A. 1999, summa cum laude, Phi Beta Kappa). Eric is admitted to practice in the state courts of New York, as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Prior to joining Wilk Auslander LLP, Eric was associated with Kaye Scholer LLP, where he specialized in product liability and general commercial litigation at both the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts. Eric is a member of the firm’s commercial litigation practice group.
