Pamela L. Kleinberg is a graduate of Brown University (B.A.
1984) and Boston College Law School (J.D. 1987). During law
school, Pamela interned as a law clerk for United States District
Court Judge William G. Young (District of Massachusetts),
assisting the court in trials, motion hearings and the drafting
of legal decisions. She is admitted to practice in the state
courts of New York, and the United States District Courts
for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Pamela
is also a member of the New York State Bar Association.
As a commercial litigator and trial attorney, Pamela has
represented clients in trials and appeals in the federal and
state courts, and in agency administrative hearings, arbitrations
and mediations. She has litigated all types of claims concerning
complex business transactions, including disputes involving
contracts, fraud, trademark infringement, employment law,
landlord/tenant and condominium/cooperative rights and obligations,
insurance coverage, real estate, products liability, and financing.
With respect to employment matters, Pamela frequently negotiates
and drafts severance and termination agreements and regularly
counsels clients on their implementation of comprehensive
employment policies and manuals, and compliance with labor
and civil rights laws. She has successfully defended employment
discrimination claims and prosecuted unfair competition claims
involving non-competition and non-solicitation agreements
for both individual and corporate clients.
Before joining Siller Wilk LLP, Pamela had been associated
with Herzfeld & Rubin, P.C., Goodkind Labaton Rudoff &
Sucharow, LLP, and Fischbein Badillo Wagner Harding, LLP.
