Aaron Kinderlehrer is a graduate of Yeshiva University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1969) and Yale Law School (J.D. 1973). Aaron began his career in 1973 at the New York law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson and later was a partner at the New York law firm of Feit & Ahrens. Most recently, Aaron was of Counsel with the New York law firm of Proskauer Rose LLP.

Aaron has advised clients on all aspects of real estate law, including acquisitions and sales, commercial and office leasing, financing's of all sorts, including construction loans and major securitization transactions, workouts, syndications, and cooperative housing and condominium development. Aaron represents major banks and financial institutions on loans secured by real estate, including raw land, shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, apartment developments, and industrial and manufacturing properties. Aaron has also handled the acquisition and sale of commercial properties and hotels throughout the United States including acquisitions of office buildings in New York City, Los Angeles, Chicago, Dallas and Pittsburgh.

Aaron has broad experience in office leasing, acting for both landlords and tenants. Aaron has represented a major Japanese financial institution in a lease of more than 200,000 square feet of space at the World Financial Center in New York City and co-authored and published in Japan an article (translated into Japanese) entitled Commercial Leases in New York - Avoiding the Hazards and Pitfalls. This article was published in the Come to America publication that is distributed to companies in Japan with offices (or contemplated offices) in the United States.

Aaron has served as a member of the Real Property Committee of The Association of the Bar of the City of New York, and was Secretary of that Committee for two years. While serving on that Committee, Aaron worked on several of its subcommittees, including the subcommittee that drafted some pro-lender legislation involving credit-line mortgages and the legality of interest charged on interest.
