Brian Jaffe is a graduate of Princeton University (A.B., cum laude, Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs, 1979) and the University of Virginia School of Law (J.D. 1982). Brian's practice is concentrated in the areas of corporate and securities law. He has extensive experience representing companies and investor groups in private placements, public offerings of debt and equity securities, and merger and acquisition transactions.
Brian began his career in New York in 1982 at the law firm of Cahill Gordon & Reindel and later was a partner at the law firm of Richards & O'Neil. Brian then served as Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Holmes Protection Group, Inc., a Nasdaq-listed provider of electronic security services. Prior to joining Siller Wilk LLP, Brian worked as a senior attorney at the Law Offices of Brian W. Pusch, a New York corporate boutique.
