Joel Frank is a graduate of New York University (B.A., magna cum laude, 1978) and Columbia Law School (J.D., Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar, 1981). Joel has represented well-established companies and start-up ventures, both public and private, in a full range of corporate and securities matters, with a special emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings and compliance, and financing transactions. He currently represents four publicly-traded companies.

Joel began his career at the New York law firm of Skadden Arps Slate Meagher and Flom, and later was associated with the New York law firm of Hartman & Craven LLP. He then served as General Counsel of Telerate, Inc., a New York Stock Exchange-listed provider of financial information services and as General Counsel of Viatel, Inc., a telecommunications provider. Most recently, Joel was a partner in the New York law firm of Hartman & Craven LLP.
