Leonard H. Carter is a graduate of Brooklyn College (B.A., 1955) and New York University (LL.B., 1958).

Len’s practice has focused on complex real estate leasing transactions, representing developers, owners and tenants in all types of commercial leases, including office buildings and regional shopping centers; net, store and industrial leases; and construction, management and brokerage agreements. Representations include prominent owners, cable television companies, non-profit institutions, domestic and foreign banks, a trade association representing the real estate industry in New York City; and investment and real estate brokerage companies, law firms and other corporate clients in connection with construction, leasing and other ongoing real estate matters.

Len is a member of the Real Property Law Section (Commercial Leasing Committee) of the New York State Bar Association.
