Sabino Biondi joined Wilk Auslander LLP in the Trusts & Estates Practice Group in July 2008. Prior to joining the firm, Sabino was an associate with the New York office of Cozen O’Connor. Sabino has represented clients in a broad range of estate and trust matters and has extensive experience in all facets of Surrogate’s Court litigation. He has represented and counseled fiduciaries and individuals in estate administration, probate, accountings, and related litigation. Sabino also represents clients and their families in matters involving estate planning, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and has handled matters involving real estate transactions, civil litigation, family and elder law.

Sabino earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree, magna cum laude, from Bernard Baruch College in 1994, where he was made a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, New York’s Epsilon Chapter, in recognition of high academic achievement in finance and investments. He earned his law degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1998. While in law school, he served as an intern for the NYSE Division of Enforcement and was the senior law clerk for the Counsel to the Public Administrator for Kings County, New York.

Sabino is admitted to practice in New York and New Jersey and is an active member of the Trusts & Estates Section of the New York State Bar Association, and the Surrogate’s Court Estates & Trusts Committee of the Nassau County Bar Association.
