Jonathan K. Bender is a graduate of Yale University (B.A. 1988) and Brooklyn Law School (J.D. 1993), where he was Symposium Editor of the Brooklyn Journal of International Law. He is admitted to practice in New York and is a member of the New York State Bar Association and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.

Prior to joining Siller Wilk LLP, Jonathan was associated with the law firms of Morrison Cohen Singer & Weinstein, LLP and Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, LLP. Jonathan began his career at Kelly Drye & Warren. Jonathan has experience representing issuers and underwriters in public offerings and private placements and has represented investment funds in connection with investments in portfolio companies. Jonathan practices in the areas of securities and general corporate law.
