Thomas R. Amlicke is a partner with the law office of Wilk Auslander LLP in New York. His areas of practice include trust and estate administration, estate planning, and income, gift and estate taxation.

Mr. Amlicke is a frequent speaker and author for many business and professional organizations on various topics related to estate planning, estate and trust administration and taxation. He is on the faculty of the National Business Institute. He teaches the NBI all-day program entitled “The Probate Process from Start to Finish in New York.” Mr. Amlicke has been on the faculty of the Pace University Law Center for Continuing Legal Education where he taught Basic Will Drafting. He also wrote an article on the Marital Deduction for the Pace University Law Center. Mr. Amlicke has lectured on estate planning for Merrill Lynch, Schwab and other financial organizations. He has written tax articles for Estate Planning which is a national estate planning magazine.

Mr. Amlicke received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his LLB. from Columbia Law School. Mr. Amlicke is a member of the New York State Bar Association (member, Trusts and Estates Section) and is a former president and current member of the Board of Directors of the Westchester Estate Planning Council.

Mr. Amlicke has received the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation by The National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
