Stephen Siller, the CEO and senior corporate partner in our firm, advises American and overseas businesses. Clients rely on his more than 36 years of legal experience and business acumen in corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, strategic positioning and crisis management.
Litigation and Dispute Management
Stephen Hoffman is a business litigator with over thirty years experience in complex commercial litigation. He is a former President of the New York County Lawyers Association, one of the largest bar associations in the United States. Steve lectures regularaly on litigation technique and professional ethics.
Stuart Riback has over 25 years of experience helping clients win or avoid business disputes. His practice emphasizes complex corporate, intellectual property, bankruptcy and securities litigations. Stuart publishes and speaks extensively on these issues.
Real Estate
Aaron Kinderlehrer has over 35 years of experience in a wide variety of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and sales, leasing, financings, workouts, syndications, hotels, development deals and construction contracts. Aaron has represented financial institutions, buyers, sellers, borrowers and commercial landlords and tenants. In addition, over the last decade Aaron has developed a special additional expertise representing owners of skilled nursing homes and other healthcare facilities.
Trusts and Estates
Thomas Amlicke counsels clients on trust and estate administration, estate planning, and income, gift and estate taxation. He lectures and publishes on all aspects of estate and trust administration and estate planning, and is a former president and current member of the Westchester Estate Planning Council. He has earned the Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) designation by the National Association of Estate Planners and Councils.
