Siller Wilk Assists in Leasing and Financing Coca-Cola Facility in Georgia

Our client Jadow Realty Company, L.P., through a wholly owned subsidiary, has substantially completed construction of a 175,000 square foot specialty warehouse for The Coca-Cola Company in our client's Cobb West Business Park, Austell, Georgia. The building plus approximately 23 acres of land on which it is situated was leased to The Coca-Cola Company pursuant to a lease dated December 4, 2003, as amended.

Now that a certificate of occupancy has been issued for the building, our client has closed on a $6,225,000 loan from Principal Life Insurance Company of Des Moines, Iowa secured by a first mortgage (deed to secure debt) on the premises at a favorable fixed rate of interest for a term of 11 years.

Siller Wilk is pleased to have assisted Jadow both in its lease with Coca-Cola and in its financing transaction.
