Siller Wilk LLP Assists Nielsen Media Research With $112 Million Facility

Siller Wilk LLP represented Nielsen Media Research, Inc. in connection with the acquisition, development, and financing of its new 39 acre corporate campus facility near Tampa, Florida.

The new facility contains a 475,000 square foot building, including a state of the art data and technical center. An additional 140,000 square foot building for operations is still under construction. More than 700 employees have already moved into the new facility, and Nielsen Media anticipates that when the construction is completed by 2005, there will be more than 1,600 employees at the campus. The building will house Nielsen Media's more than 600 servers that store TV viewership information from the United States and Canada.

Siller Wilk LLP is honored to have assisted Nielsen Media with this important project which, according to Susan Whiting, President and Chief Executive Officer of Nielsen Media, "is one of the biggest events in the company's history."
